Tasks:
• Construction management of building projects in phases 5-9 according to HOAI, with a focus on health and care sectors in solid and modular construction
• Ensuring compliance with building permits, plans, performance specifications, technical regulations, and quality standards
• Preparation, review, and revision of performance specifications up to the awarding of construction contracts
• Monitoring project schedules and coordinating deadlines, as well as controlling cost budgets
• Conducting regular meetings with clients and contractors
• Attending client meetings
• Reviewing contractor/project participant invoices
Requirements:
• A completed university degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical education
• Previous professional experience in construction management
• Commitment to act in line with UHB-Projekt-GmbH’s goals and to understand and meet client requirements
• Flexibility to undertake temporary tasks within Germany
• Utilization of good manners, a pleasant and confident demeanor, and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ideally CAD applications
• Willingness to support our passion for thorough documentation
• Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license
